By purchasing or using any Clawtomated product, you agree to these terms.

Our Products

Clawtomated sells digital products — specifically, pre-built AI agents for the OpenClaw platform. Each product includes:

• Agent configuration files (SOUL.md, AGENTS.md, TOOLS.md)
• Supporting scripts (Python, Bash)
• Cron job configurations
• Documentation (README.md)

These are digital goods delivered as downloadable packages.

No Refunds Policy

Because we deliver full source code with every purchase, we cannot offer refunds. Once you receive the download link, you have access to the complete source code for the agent. This means:

• No refunds after purchase, for any reason
• All sales are final — this is standard for digital goods with source code
• We encourage you to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing
• If you're unsure whether an agent is right for you, email us at [email protected] before buying

License & Usage Rights

When you purchase an agent, you receive:

• Perpetual license to use the agent in your personal or business projects
• Modification rights — you may customise and extend the agent for your own use
• Lifetime access to the version you purchased, including free updates

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute or resell the agent packages (in original or modified form) to third parties
• Republish the source code on public repositories or websites
• Claim ownership of the original agent design or configuration
• Sublicense the agents to others

In short: buy it, use it, modify it for yourself — but don't sell or give it away.

Liability Limitations

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our agents
• We do not guarantee that agents will work for every use case or environment
• You are responsible for testing agents in your own OpenClaw setup before production use
• We are not liable for any data loss, security breaches, or financial losses caused by our products

Support

We provide email support to help you get your agent running. Support does not include:

• Custom development or modifications beyond initial setup
• Integration with third-party services beyond what's in the documentation
• Troubleshooting issues unrelated to the agent package itself

Updates

When we release updates to an agent you own, we'll notify you via email. You can download updated versions at no additional cost. However:

• We do not guarantee update frequency or timeline
• Updates may include breaking changes; you are not required to update
• Previous versions remain yours to use

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
